We are pleased to announce that the Chestnut Mountain Farms HOA Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the Barn.
Lunch will be served beginning at 12:00 noon, and the annual meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. The meeting is expected to conclude by 2:00 p.m.
Meeting details and the agenda will be posted this weekend on the Owners Page of the CMF website. The financial statements for the past year and the proposed 2027 budget will also be available for your review before the meeting.
An RSVP form will be provided at the bottom of the website announcement. Please let us know whether you will attend and how many meals we should prepare for your party.
We look forward to visiting with everyone. Please join us for lunch, fellowship, and an enjoyable afternoon in the mountains.
